President
Matthew M. Gibson, President, has been with Unotchit Inc. since the LongPen technology was first envisioned in 2004. Matthew has worked through all aspects of the technical and corporate growth of the company. He is currently responsible for managing the forward momentum of the firm and its products, encompassing intellectual property development, strategic partner negotiations, IP licensing, and overall corporate mandate adherence.
Matthew has worked in new product development as a self-employed owner/operator for over twenty years and has expertise in diverse consumer and industrial markets. Specializing in intellectual property identification and development, Matthew possesses extensive idea management experience.
Matthew also brings extensive negotiation and licensing experience, combined with a lateral thought process, and excels in the identification, contact and management of strategic partnerships.
Donna A. Kinoshita,
Senior Vice-President, Sales and Operations
As Senior Vice-President, Sales, Donna is responsible for all facets of the sales operations of the firm. She is also responsible for coordinating the sales activities with supply chain management and product delivery in order to meet, and exceed, customer expectations. Donna has over twenty years of management experience, continually increasing in responsibility and covering all major facets of business management, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, New Product Development and Product Management.
Donna's background in New Product Development, Sales and Product Management, with particular focus on highly secure technology and 'bank-level' scrutiny of processes and procedures, serve Unotchit well.
Donna has received numerous awards and recognition for her academic achievements and her commitment to business leadership. Donna has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals.
John Wiltshire,
Vice-President Technology Services
As Vice-President, Technology Services, John Wiltshire is directly responsible for all technical aspects of new product design and development.
John has worked as an Electronics Engineer for over twenty-eight years and is experienced in both hardware and software design, and all elements of product execution.
John has worked in the fields of process control, material handling, medical electronics, algorithm development, and systems integration with great success.
During this work, he has been awarded patents in the fields of audio watermarking, optoelectronic engineering, and robotic design. He has worked not only as an employee and a contractor, but also as the founder of an entrepreneurial engineering company. He has been exposed to all aspects of business development and practices. Many of his customers list clients in the Fortune 500.
Martin Warren,
Vice-President, Client Solutions
As Vice-President, Client Solutions, Martin Warren oversees all technical facets of the sales operation of Unotchit. This includes working with the technical staff of clients in the government, justice, corporate and retail sectors.
Martin's mandate is to assist clients with the integration of the company's products into their platforms
Martin holds a Masters Degree in Political Science, and has been actively involved in the sale of technical solutions for the past fifteen years. His experience with both direct and channel-based sales within the IT industry has ensured that he has maintained a strong knowledge of the market including current digital signature trends. In addition, Martin has maintained technical certifications across the industry. These certifications include Microsoft MCP, Cisco CSE, VM Ware, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Symantec, and others.
Frank H. Penny,
Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
As Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Frank Penny has overall responsibility for all aspects of Unotchit's financial and accounting functions. He will also be directly responsible for overseeing the completion of new financing and participation by strategic investors. Frank has extensive financial management experience. He performed accounting duties at international firm Coopers and Lybrand for eight years and was subsequently a Vice-President of investment holding company Keewhit Investments for ten years. Since 1993, he has been President of Clover Administration Inc., a Toronto-based administrative services firm. He has numerous high-profile clients and serves on a number of boards including Canadian Satellite Radio Investments Inc., Canadian Medical Association Holdings Inc., St. Michael's Hospital (Toronto) Research Institute and Unotchit Inc. He is a chartered accountant and holds a B.Sc. and an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto.
